The receptionist was kind and always provided advice and service. There was a luggage locker and umbrellas for rent. The room was clean and the tea was delicious. It's near a garden. I had a wonderful experience at gracery hotel. The location is so convenient and the ladies only floor had foot and pillow massage. Amenities were very nice and there was a Panasonic nano steam machine that is very helpful for face skin care
