The staff were very friendly, especially the short-haired lady. She asked if my child wanted to ride the flying fox. She then apologized because the trampoline was being repaired, even though it was fine. She also asked if my child had fallen while sliding, haha. It was really good. She got a free coffee too.

Staff ramah banget, apalagi mba-mba rambut pendek, nanya apa anakku mau naik flying fox, terus minta maaf juga karena trampolin lagi ditambal, padahal it's oke, nanyain apa anakku kejedot pas lagi seluncur hihi, pokoknya oke banget. Dapat free coffee juga.

I love taking my kids to Kidzooona AEON Sentul. The place isn't very spacious, but it feels comfortable and well-equipped for kids to explore. The rides are clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and ready to help when needed. My kids love the role-play area the most. Even though they're small, they can play for a long time and still have fun. The location is also convenient because it's inside AEON, so after playing, you can immediately eat or shop. Overall, the place is comfortable, clean, and perfect for quality time with your kids. I'm quite satisfied and recommend it.

Saya suka mengajak anak main di Kidzooona AEON Sentul. Tempatnya memang tidak terlalu luas, tapi terasa nyaman dan cukup lengkap untuk anak eksplor. Wahananya bersih, tertata, dan stafnya ramah serta sigap bantu kalau diperlukan. Anak saya paling suka area role play. Walaupun kecil, dia bisa main lama dan tetap happy. Lokasinya juga enak karena ada di dalam AEON, jadi setelah main bisa langsung makan atau belanja. Overall, tempatnya nyaman, bersih, dan cocok buat quality time bareng anak. Saya cukup puas dan merekomendasikannya.
