Disgusting management service. My son was in hospital and I told them I couldn’t make the booking. I gave ample warning. Plus I booked an additional 7 days with this company. They refused to give me credit for my Brisbane stay as I was stuck in the GC. This company is run in the Philippines with poor customer service! I will never use them again!!!!! Buyer be ware run away

The furniture in the unit was quite sparse. A larger softer sofa would have made for a more comfortable experience. The unit has an oven but with no baking dishes, sheet pans, or pot holders it is useless. 4 of everything except bowls, only 2 and 2 of the coffee mugs were unbelievably stained and unusable. Dishwasher detergent but no dish soap to wash the 2 bowls and 2 coffee mugs. Pillows and bedding were fine. A little pricey for the minimalist unit though.

Very hepfull staff, i was offered a nice appartment at floor 79, which has amazing views. Very comfortable bed! Parking is quite easy, with direct elevatir access, but a little expensive at 45$/day.The only thing that could be improved is the shower pressure, and the room is a little bit dusty.
