The staff, rooms and facilities were great. I felt very safe here with my kids and the hotel is within easy walking distance from the heart of Dickson and trams into Civic

This property is close to the Dickson Shopping Centre and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there is a great little cafe around the corner for something to eat. The room was a King Suite and was plenty big enough with a vast movie list available on the TV. The whole property is getting old and could do with a complete refurbishment but it is clean, quiet and easy to get to. The bathroom had a spa bath but a small shower and again was dated but clean and functional. All in all an OK place to stay.

The swimming pool

The property very clean and tidy. I am enjoyed. Staff at the reception very poor service. Breakfast areas look very untidiness and not much variety of Breakfast.

The housekeeping could use improvement , extremely noising residents coming and going late into the night/morning . Broken window blinds and toilet seat, soap scum still in shower soap holder when we arrived.

Very nice room with lots of space and separate areas. Stayed for one night.

Friendly staff and made to feel welcome. This apartment hotel is adequate but the room we had was tired with broken blinds and drawer knobs missing. It could do with a thorough deep clean. General cleanliness was acceptable, but there were areas with old grime and dirt which should be addressed. Bed was comfortable, quite a firm mattress, but we prefer that. TV was not picking up hotel network signal for first ten days, we didnt raise this as an issue because, until it came on we werent aware it was missing! NB there is a very basic breakfast offering, but do not book this if you are looking for full hotel facilities, bar, restaurant etc. While we were there the lighting around the pool wasn't working, but again, from what we could see the pool and lounger area was in need of a clean and refresh. Overall the room served us fine as a base while visiting relatives, and as a place to sleep, but not a place we'd want to spend any leisure time. The garden area too should be lovely, but the furniture could do with treating. NB the cafe next door, Stepping Stone, is first class.

Would stay there again, one feels a home.

Nice property, quiet and well maintained. Dickson restaurants are a 10 min walk, plenty of choices. Also a great cafe (Stepping Stone) is a 3 min walk

Hotel rooms are spacious. Staff very accommodating & let us check in an hour early & best of all, great location. Comfortable walk to shops & wide array of restaurants.

Staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was disappointing , the lounge is miss shaped. Walls are thin could hear the neighbours tv ALL night including conversations. The room needed a good paint there were scuffs everywhere. Even what looked to be food ( I hope) on the wall. I can’t speak for the other rooms but mine was overall horrible to stay in. Location is great tho.

The secure parking was a stand out as was the indoor pool.

Quiet and convenient location, staff is helpful and friendly. Underground paking was nice as it hailed slightly on that day. Microwave came in handy. Shower walls were mouldy, tap spout was not secured, A/C remote holder keeps falling down due to multiple unsuccessful repairs (big holes to secure scerws). 3 out 5 in overall.

This property had everything we needed for our one night stay. On arrival to our room there was a small issue and we were quickly upgraded to solve the issue. Parking was great and facilities were fine.

This place was very well priced for what it was. The room was large and everything worked. My kids loved the swimming pool. I would stay there again.
