Very nice hotel. Lots of amenities- safe in the room, iron, tea/coffee with fresh milk. Breakfast was very good and can be added for a small cost. Very reasonably priced hotel in the CBD 20 minutes form the airport

Nice little room, bond was quite expensive for what it was and was told that we were going to have the bind back in the account however waited two weeks and still have not received. During this time I have called and was told it would be sent and I would receive an email and the phone hung up. Quite disappointing as it was quite an expensive night. Staff were quite nice and room was near and tidy.

Accidentally booked a shared bathroom. When we wanted to change it the total is 170, but the same room on wotif, only 132, and walk ins 150. How is that right, a rip off

Room i had was very small. I was by myself but if i had someone else it would of been squashy as there was no where to put cases. Reciption service was pooŕ. On arrival i got there around 1.30 and had to ring a bell twice, than told to wait in waiting area til 2pm..other accommodation places can usally check in before 2pm..than just on 2pm other customers come in off street and were served first, me and 3 other people waiting in lounge room got served later. Than on departure no one was at front desk, me and another lady both waiting and ringing bell for service. I was going to buy breakfast at the hotel, but gave up waiting and left so did the other lady..that was around 8am.

Lack of information provided at check in, especially about after hours access. The room was tiny and needs work/ updating. Took almost a week to get back the $150 just in case fee, more than the room cost. Called and asked for late check out, was told 11am was fine. When I checked in, again I said I need late check out at 11am. Someone came to the room just after 10am asking if I was checking out now or if I was a late check out. Then the cleaner entered the room without knocking or announcing themselves about 10.45am luckily I was just about to leave the room. Served its purpose but wouldn’t stay again.

For the price the hotel was great, clean rooms and plenty of towels and toiletries. Rooms bit dated and new lift recently installed which still had the tape on. For a short stay it is quite sufficient.
