Staff was friendly and so helpful. I bought a flower from a market and they provided me a flower vase 💖 My eyes were pleased with all the great design touches in every corner from the lobby, lounge, hallways, to the room.

The hotel is very artistic and has its own unique identity. Location-wise, it's a 5-minute-ish walk to the nearest tram. The staff is helpful, and the room is quite big with a table to work and a small sofa to lounge on. The room is cleaned every day.
The gym is very clean. The pool is quite big. During F1, they also go the extra mile by providing a racing arcade game.

The room was extremely clean, amenities were perfect and might I add the buffet breakfast was amazing!!
The only downfall was that we got a balcony room and the view from our window was back alley ways and not very appealing at all. Also there was not even a chair on the balcony to have my morning coffee on it.

spotless room, courteous staff, packed breakfast at reception as I had to leave early at 5:30 am and then let me have a shower in pool area when I returned from Hyrox to pick up my luggage sweaty as I had already checked out early that day.

Room excellent, modern and great feel as soon as you enter hotel foyer. Has cafe at reception, fantastic idea. Decor and furnishings look so different from other hotels l have stayed before.great location to train and trams.

I may have already rated this hotel, but it’s worth repeating. We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Centric — the service was outstanding, and the hotel itself was comfortable, stylish, and exactly what we were looking for.
We didn’t opt for the included breakfast, and eco-friendly features weren’t a priority for us, so I didn’t comment on those aspects. What mattered most was the overall experience, and on that front, the Hyatt Centric delivered beautifully.
We’ll happily return for another stay. My only wish is that the price could be a little lower — but even so, it was a fantastic experience.

Modern hotel with spacious twin room which had lots of outlets to charger your devices. Located in CBD so close to all restaurants and transportation; entrance is not impressive but it seems most of entrances in this city were side street entrances. Staff was always friendly, helpful and always greeting you when you entered and left the hotel
