Stayed at Hyatt Regency Sydney and really enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout. I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sydney and had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which really set the tone for the stay. The location is excellent and walkable to so many spots, making it super convenient. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and upscale, and I really liked the overall atmosphere. We had breakfast included, and it was a nice touch, with very good quality. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Reserved prior to arrival a table at zephyr for the drone show. Checked at reception upon arrival and said ring 9 from the room as they could not help. Rang 9 got someone who said they would communicate with the staff and get them to call me. This happened twice and no one called me back. Turned up at the bar on the night, at the time I reserved and they had no booking for me.
