Stayed at Hyatt Regency Sydney and really enjoyed the experience. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout. The location by Darling Harbour made it easy to walk everywhere, and the breakfast selection was solid. Service was warm and efficient, making the whole stay feel effortless.

Room was clean, but the shower had some tiny spots of mold. Wasn’t sure how often the rooms were vacuumed. Beautiful views of Darling Harbor. Was able to watch the fireworks from our room. Would be nice if outlets were updated with usb-c charging ports.

We didn't have a great room. Lights didn't work and we ended up having to sleep with the lights on. Our toilet only flushed sometimes. A staff member did come to try to fix the lights but was unsuccessful. Definitely not worth the price. The rest of the hotel was nice, it was just our experience that wasn't great. We are traveling in from Canada so we know to not stay here next time.

The hotel was very clean including public places. The breakfast buffet was extensive and very good - an extra cost but worth it. Most staff were very friendly and helpful but came across one desk clerk that may have been having a bad day and was unfortunately very rude for no apparent reason - who knows. Otherwise I would have rated the hotel a perfect 5 out of 5.

Excellent location, short walk to Darling harbour/ Barangaroo and to the city. No swimming pool. Good buffet breakfast facilities, excellent bar on roof top looking out over the harbour and surrounds, but pricey $$. Bed was quite hard, shower had good pressure. Room was very quiet on city side of the hotel. Found all staff pleasant and helpful.
