ibis Brisbane Airport

When we arrived at the hotel, we were met by a extremely helpful very smiley young lady, she asked us about our flights, she could see we were exhausted and checked us in immediately with no fuss, we didn’t have to manage the baggage, she loaded it onto a trolley and brought it to our room, which we really did appreciate, we were surprised by a very clean spacious room, with a great comfortable bed, a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a beautiful clean bathroom, it was very quiet in room 415, and we had a good view of the airport, the restaurant was downstairs, so we went to see what kind of food was on offer for dinner, there was a good selection of different food depending on what you wanted to eat, there was an array of beers wines and spirits, the staff were again extremely friendly and welcomed us with a smile, the food we ordered came to the table quickly and was hot, the cost was very reasonable for two dinners and three drinks it came to $75, we didn’t have time for breakfast, all in all what a great place to stay for an onward journey, will we go again, we’ve already booked for our return trip to England, well done Ibis hotels your staff are a credit to your company. Thank you.

The bed was comfortable, it was clean and the buffet breakfast was delicious and fresh. The only thing I don’t like is the automated checkout but the staff were happy to do this for us.

Perfect location for airport access, great food at the restaurant, nice room - will stay again
