Spotlessly clean, effortless checkin and checkout, onsite bar and restaurant with convenient hours. Plenty of space in Queen room, great shower, comfortable bed.

Clean room. The staff were very helpful. Short walk to Domestic terminal. Great food/bar. Negative: We had paid for our room in advance and then we had to give a card with $100 AU bond taken which could take 30 days to return. NOT GOOD!

Room clean, beds very comfortable. We’ve stayed in other Ibis hotels that were nicely decorated. This one has no decor at all. Dining room chaotic but food food enough. Shuttle service was excellent after an initial mishap with the desk.

Room was clean. Staff courteous. Booked for one night for long connection flight. Did the job. Shuttle from international terminal to domestic terminal. Then a 5min walk to hotel. Paid for breakfast which was ok but not very hot.

Not up to standard

Room was clean and extremely comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous, amenities and restaurant were excellent. Fantastic overall particularly the early check in option. Thank you.

Great stay from start to finish.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my daughter. From the moment we arrived the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They really went out of their way to look after us which made our stay feel extra special. The room was outstanding spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well maintained. As a lovely surprise they even offered my daughter and me a complimentary room upgrade free of charge when we checked in which we truly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team at IBIS Brisbane hotel for such a positive and welcoming experience. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking to stay in Brisbane and walking distance to the airport great location!

Good experience as usual (we have stayed here a number of times before) and very well located for airport.

We booked a standard queen but was given accessibility room and as we have never needed one I was shocked at the overall cleanliness and decor!! I have worked in aged care for 15+ years and in all honesty it wasn’t very accessible or appealing surely in this day and age we can have both . As we arrived very late 10 pm and left at 4 am I did not have the strength to change rooms however feel strongly enough to give my feedback.

Nice room, easy access on foot to the domestic terminal or a shuttle bus from the hotel to the international terminal.
