I had an overnight stay to catch the flight to Townsville. The Hotel is close to the Domestic Terminal, buses and rail to the city. It is an easy, short walk from the Domestic terminal to this Hotel. The Hotel is also close to buses going from the Domestic Terminal to the International Terminal. As with all Ibis establishments I found the room clean and comfortable with no noise from aircraft departing or landing.

Bed was very uncomfortable. It was a trundle bed which is not acceptable in my opinion. Woke up with a very sore back. I did have another night later in our trip booked here but I cancelled due to this issue

What better way than to stay overnight at the Ibis when you have an early flight. We were welcomed, and got our door pass so easily and then booked out ticket for the transfer bus to the depatures. The room was great, spacious and walk in shower. Resaurant was also good, terrific selection of food and drinks. Our check out was also effortless. Thank you, Ibis.

I arrived at midnight after more than 22 hours of flights and the hotel was perfect. The staff were helpful, the hotel was quiet and was located a two minute walk from the airport. The room was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable.

One of only 3 airport hotels. Ibis us adjacent the Pullman and us walkable from the domestic terminal. Great restaurant with all your favourite pub options. Room is simple but serves the purpose well.

Well-appointed room. It was clean and comfortable. It is a great location, being close to the airport makes it very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a cheaper alternative to the Pullman (next door). It more than fits the bill.

The airport shuttle is only in the morning, so it would be good if the Pullman and the Ibis had a shuttle service from the international terminal to the hotels.
