It’s budget, so you need to BYo toiletries. The bed was lovely, pillows were nice. It was safe and quiet. Perfect for overnight on our way back to Yass. Bathroom was clean. International roast coffee wasn’t great, but it did the job!

Actually we booked for a King bed upon arrival at the front desk, the lovely lady at the front desk appologises for the changes made instead of having a king size bed, they got a queen bed, and also offerred free breakfast the next morning, my parner & i didnt mind, we just took the room and we loved it, i would like to thank all staff for their smiling faces that served us during our stay at the hotel 😇😇 hats off to you all

Still waiting for manager to call me back regarding a complaint. Have rang and left messages. Cockroaches in the room. Aircon broken. Tv broken. People smoking inside their rooms. People partying in their rooms at 1.30am in the morning. Called the emergency mobile 6 times no one answered. Or called back. Reported it to front desk on departure. Was told the manager would contact me. No contact. So I rang a few days later no answer so I left a voicemail. Still no call back. I will be back up that way this weekend. And I will stand there until this is dealt with. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!

IBIS BUDGET HOTEL LIVERPOOL ROOM MIN SERVICE -3 VALUE -5 WIFI 2/10. CUTS OFF 5x daily for 14 mins💩 Markets 0 Restaurants 3 close 3 more 1kil away SAVE YOUR $100!! NEVER STAY HERE (NIGHTMARE) As a WORLD traveler, I stay at hundreds of Hotels stay away and save your money. The worst hundred dollar night I ever spent Front Desk didn’t know how to get TV working. It’s the tab that says TV. I don’t want Netflix and YouTube. Second day room, smelt cat piss, accused me of causing it. Third day, mini fridge stopped working. Accuse me of breaking it. Front Desk had no extra fridges available, nor wanted to Fix. 13 Dollar continental breakfast was minimal. The croissants were stale and hard and no clean metal forks, terrible nightmare of a Hotel!! Kirketon Hotel on downtown Sydney. All three Front Desk. People are great. Gave Maps told me the best attractions in Sydney(. I even tipped$$$ them).

Excellent value for money if I wasn't allocated "the highway room" .. verrry noisy. Good thing I was wasted after the Ed Sheeran concert and afterparty and crashed hard. Otherwise I would have hated it.. big time. The staff were lovely though and it was great value for money to be that close to Accor and easy commute. I recommend the hotel but make sure you're away from the road or bring ear plugs.

Very disappointing experience with Ibis Budget Casula Liverpool. While travelling, I had a genuine family emergency and tried repeatedly to call and email the hotel — no response at all. Despite not staying, I was charged the full amount. I even asked if they could at least apply a cancellation fee instead of keeping the entire payment, but they refused. Expedia was no help either, saying they are only the booking platform. The manager, Angel, was not helpful in resolving the issue. I’ve been a loyal Expedia customer for years, but this experience has left a very bad impression. Be cautious when booking here, especially if you expect responsive customer service during unexpected situations.

Room smelt of cigarettes, dead bugs on the bedding, my colleagues room had holes in the wall. Place looked like the lower decks of the titanic while it flooded. It’s also in the middle of what looks to be a very sketchy area to an outsider. So yeah don’t stay here

I have stayed here several times however, the room I had on this occasion was quite tired. The bed springs were poking through the mattress and the bed was not made properly as if the sheets were not replaced when the last person had left the room.

Easy booking process, but that’s about the only good thing. They messaged immediately after booking “please contact us on blah number if you need after hours check-in”. Called every 20 mins from 7:30PM till 11:30PM, arrived. Unable to get in. No reception there. No one answering the emergency number. Pathetic and hopeless is what I’d describe my experience as. And after spending yet more hours wasting time managed to get access at 1:30AM, only to find no room number on the swipe card and the bunk bed mattress, what a piss poor excuse for a mattress. I’ve seen gym mats in better condition. I’ve stayed here a few times. I knew it was ordinary but this experience has finished the flimsy relationship I had with this motel.
