Excellent location! A few minutes walk from the hotel to the most iconic places in Sydney! Amazing! Really nice staff, safe specially for solo travellers! Clean! I had a great experience! Definitely recommend staying in this Ibis hotel! Affordable nice place to stay in a so expensive city! The only downside for me was how noisy the cleaning staff are! Really annoying waking up 7:00 am with them making loud noises all the time

Stayed here a few times, and each time the staff have been friendly and accommodating. Can be a little expensive during peak times but it is a convenient location with clean air conditioned rooms. Will be back to stay again in 2 weeks for my birthday weekend

The hotel was okay - basic but that's all we wanted. I was a little worried about the cleanliness after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. There are a lot of restaurants and places offering breakfast along nearby Victoria street. It is within walking distance from the Sydney harbor.

Great place to stay in Sydney! Close to just about everywhere you would want to go, and very affordable. The only downside was that I was not allowed to take the stairs despite being on the second floor, and the elevators are painfully slow...

The only aspect of this stay I found to be displeasing was the setup and the cleanliness of the bathroom. However, I found the location to be ideal, being within ~30 minutes walking distance of notable sites, such as the Royal Botanic Gardens, St. Mary’s Cathedral, the Queen Victoria Building, and the harbor. This stay worked well for me, as someone who only uses the hotel as a place to sleep.

Staff was accommodating and professional but rooms are quite filthy — housekeeping did as good a job as they could with the rooms in a state of serious decline— one was obliterated by black mold and unsafe for anyone to stay in. They need to have the property professionally assessed for mold toxicity and the ventilation system professionally cleaned as the ac was blowing musty smelling air and dust all over

The staff was super friendly and helpful, and that was great, but it wasn't the cleanest hotel or hotel room. It might just be that the hotel is older, but the bathroom and bedroom walls were not clean.

Location very close to kings cross. Walk to the CBD around 20 min. Rooms are very small but ok. If it’s just a room you need then this hotel will be ok.
