Staff is not nice. I have to do everything by myself and also Wifi, they don't give if you don't ask. The room is so small, the shower is rain shower only but the bed is very comfortable and big size. By the way i like here, it not bad at all.

Clean room and well serviced

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The location is very good.

Room was simple but clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly at all times. Great location - walk 15mins to city centre. Lots of wonderful eating options nearby. Uber was a great option for airport transfers and for the stadium event.

The two guys at reception were great it was a hot day and one of them gave us a cold bottle of water the gentleman who did the night was very polite and very helpful

Requested 3 clean coffee mugs from staff so we could eat our oatmeal before we left for the airport. Housekeeping couldn’t provide them, the kitchen couldn’t provide them and lastly the front desk said they would yet we never received them. It was only 3 coffee mugs… We ended up spending $30 outside the hotel for breakfast instead of eating in our room. The walls in the rooms are paper thin. You can hear everything in the hallways, the rooms next to you, above you and below you. It is bad. If you want a good night sleep and decent hospitality, do not stay here. To be honest, this was so bad, I wouldn’t expect a response or refund, I expect this type of stay is very common.

They were very helpful I wascablevto check in early. Staff was helpful with getting ubers. Stored my luggage for me while i visited botanical gatdens before getting on cruise. Breakfast buffet was tasty

Goede prijs kwaliteit. Bed prima, kamer klein voor 2 als je er wat meer tijd besteed. Douche wat middel warm water, maar had ook geen behoefte aan een hete douche in het voorjaar. Schone handdoek met regelmaat. Vriendelijke balie medewerkers. Locatie aan te raden, loopafstand van vele interessante plekken en ronddwalen in de wijken.

I checked in around 9pm on a Sunday,the Reception staff member was exceptional with his efficient and friendly service,the room was immaculate and quiet as well. Close to transport, dining,shopping and entertainment options,this is my new destination for Sydney stays.

We paid five times more for way lower quality than other properties around ! Outside is like Amsterdam, bed had blood under the sheets and u can hear the person in the sides even breath !!

Does the job

Incredible location. We were walking to Darling harbour in 15 min. Trains and bus transport close by. Unlimited dining options near by. Tropicana, for breakfast up a couple of blocks is great. Rooms are decent, comfy beds and pillows. Reliable and prompt elevators. Happy endings comedy show across the street. Happy with stay. Only downer was the Halls could ise some more regular cleaning and vacume.

Room was very average, semi blocked pipes in bathroom, vent taped to ceiling. Comfortable bed, great view. Staff were awesome and continental breakfast was great. Perfect for a place to sleep on a budget.

It was so convenient

Conveniently located, a block away from a grocery store and close to other shopping areas. My room had a connecting door so I was hearing everything from the neighbouring room. Shower was…interesting. Less than a metre wide so you’re back is to a half glass divider. It is more of a wet bath room, so I would avoid putting down the floor mat until after you shower. Amenities are not provided, it’s a 3in1 soap, but a free bottle of water at checking and a bunch of gummy candies at reception as well!
