The room was lovely, beach views, also overlooking the city of Surfers Paradise. Very clean, staff friendly. Had breakfast in house and it was delicious. Second time we have stayed there and weren’t disappointed. Highly recommend.

Bed was comfy,view was good.Just felt cleanliness a little under my standard.There was confetti under bed in our room.Outside light did not work.And feel the cupboards could do with upgrading.Also no exhaust fan for bathroom.Some wall damage also.

Walked into the lobby looked great quick check-in, up the lift new clean into the hallway freshly painted new carpet but I am sure a bomb meant for Iran missed its target an hit this room, old grotty furniture paint peeling off the walls shower head broken it was cheap and only 2 nights so we put up with it as they say you get what you pay for as a very frequent traveler never Mantra again as for Hotels take it off your site!!

Ocean partially visible from rooms balcony. Music thumping all night til early hours of the morning louder than the tv would go was an awful nights sleep. Double glazing would be good for this. Was on the 15th floor god help Those below Us if it was as loud for us it had to be awful for those below. Won’t be back.

The room is very tired and there was visible mold throughout the bathroom including the sink, shower and floor. BLEACH would kill this. Floor carpet dirty and our door was left open all day after cleaners attended.

Yeah I had clear ocean view. However, I felt that I was locked in and overcharged on arrival after having paid the booking fee online and a bond fee on arrival unlike the Meriton Suites it's just a booking fee. But overall the staff are professional and great customer service

Clean room, friendly staff and good parking. Only slight issue was scuff marks on all the doors, the lining of the bath coming off and the shower set up. Having to tilt the shower head really far to ensure no water went onto the floor was a bit of hassle. Would benefit from a shower curtain.

TV kept switching on and off; rooms & furniture are very dated and tired although clean. Getting to the carpark with lots of luggage was a pain and barely any staff around. Clincher for me was no hot water to shower this morning. Had to leave early to shower elsewhere. Great location but extremely over priced for the rooms considering there isn’t a pool and minimal amenities. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Rooms are well used and dated. There is NO pool as shown in some photos. There is a Pool Beach club that is directly below the Hotel that you can hear the music at night. Breakfast Buffet is good, staff good.
