Stayed with my 14 yo daughter and shared a standard king size room on the 1st floor. Great small hotel. Amazing pool. Great Buffett breakfast (even though small had great selection. Omelette made to order. Good location across from DFO/shops etc. rooms small but perfectly fine. Room service was expensive and not much on offer but we Uber Eats which took 15 mins (quicker than room service anyway ;) chocolate hour was a selection of petite fours which were ok but no mind blowing. Would definitely stay again. Good budget priced mid range hotel.

Very clean and nice hotel, with very helpful staff. Only had two hiccups on my stay: 1) I had no towels in my bathroom, but a quick phone call sorted that. Although the towels still took nearly 40 mins to arrive. And 2) very loud night works outside on the road meant had a sleepless night. Not the hotels fault, though perhaps better sound proofing of the windows would be nice. The Miss Mi restaurant was nice with lovely staff. A touch on the pricey side for what you get, but the food was lovely.

Just had a staycation on Melbourne and have wanted to stay here for a while, was not disappointed! Such friendly and helpful staff, perfect location to transport and shops, a warm and inviting lobby with a cafe and the best bit, chocolates and petite cakes every afternoon from 2pm to 3pm! The bed was extremely comfortable, great selection of pillows and I absolutely loved the rainfall shower. My only piece of constructive feedback is that the room temperature was hard to regulate, no matter what I tried i felt too warm or too cold
