The staff were friendly and helpful. Check in, even at around 2am, was easy. The black out drapes allowed us to sleep in. The buffet breakfast was excellent. A late check out was also much appreciated.

Super love to be here. The room is pretty big, service is good and fast, and the location is also great too. You can easily walk to Elizabeth Quay or to Murray Mall, and you can also catch CAT bus too. It's free and you can go to every tourism place with that bus. Awesome.

Breakfast was good. My first day, my room was not serviced and I had to phone for some coffee/tea satchets and milk. There was no major light in the room, only lamps so this wasn’t bright enough. The room could do with some colour especially for a four star hotel.

In that space between fine, mediocre and OK. One of those business hotels that has zero incentive to improve itself because it's totally suitable as-is for most people who would stay there. Don't expect to have your hair blown back by either the hotel or the service, but for a place to rest your head for a business trip/conference, it's totally adequate if manifestly underwhelming.
