Super love to be here. The room is pretty big, service is good and fast, and the location is also great too. You can easily walk to Elizabeth Quay or to Murray Mall, and you can also catch CAT bus too. It's free and you can go to every tourism place with that bus. Awesome.

When we arrived in our room my wife saw a set of contact lenses on the bedside table, open packet of mentors Paint peeling on window seals, rust marks in grout in bathroom ,spar didn't work, Then we had dinner at the Irish bar due to main restaurant closed I had the chicken parmi - the chicken was half the size of the coating and it was hard like rubber, my wife had the barramundi that was mushy Staff seamed to have a no care factor, waiter said I'll inform the chef WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE That night out was out 19th wedding Anniversary

All.up 4 star Clean room lovely meal ( Room service was prompt and food very good ) Bathroom could use a little updating as in a brighter light and maybe replacing bath curtain and exhaust fan for steam. Room was quiet. 11th floor. Comfortable King bed Room was a little dark but this didn't matter too much as was exhausted from.a long flight and need to do work online. Have stayed a few times and always in general I feel rested and enjoy a pleasant stay. Will stay again! Thank you staff.

No wine glasses in the room very basic room, very noisy with the plumbing when ever someone used the shower or toilet the pipes made a noise, dirty towel left in the wardrobe, bed comfortable, nice not shower.

Good position - but unfortunately where it starts and stops Rooms very dated Air Con does not change temperature in room - small space heater provided to warm cold rooms. On a positive - good bar and food downstairs, and walking distance to some solid options Passable - however much better options available

The front desk, breakfast buffet, and room service staff were excellent. The beds were firm but comfortable. Room were clean, and though dated, had everything for a good stay. The security card system needs updating.

It is a good hotels hotel - room service, gym, restaurants, 24 hours check in etc. Parking is pretty good in the area, lots of cheap street parking although no reliable hotel parking is a little annoying. Only criticism is that the value vs quality of the food (especially room service) is pretty awful. I don't even pay for my own food when I travel and I'll still avoid it. Over priced and poorly prepared most of the time.
