I stayed at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour for two nights while on vacation, and it was such a great experience! The check-in was super quick, the staff were really friendly, and the room was clean and comfy. The best part? The location! The hotel is right next to a tram stop, so getting around Sydney was a breeze. It’s also just a short walk to the harbour, and there are plenty of cool cafés nearby with amazing coffee. Overall, I loved my stay at Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour. Totally recommend it!

Very comfortable beds, good size rooms and the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet had dedicated gluten free section and the staff offered to cook any of the hot items fresh to prevent cross-contamination, which was amazing. Having the check-in not on the ground floor was unexpected, so a note about this would have been appreciated, and the online check-in option seems pretty pointless as we still had to go to reception anyway. The concierge on the ground floor who greeted us knew nothing about it, but aside from that the hotel itself was good.

I liked everything in the hotel except carpark was too small . If you back to the hotel at night you will find your carpark space been reserved to other car and have to wait until someone leave I didn’t like that at all it stress me out ..carpark need more improvement
