Great location to access Chatswood and the surrounding business district

Room was clean and well appointed. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a shortish stroll from the Chatswood Interchange and close to shopping centres and numerous restaurants.

Stay was great! The only thing was when we checked-into the room there was an opened box of condoms in one of the drawers. Other than that the stay was lovely!

Great location, clean and modern facilities. Easy check in and out. Great to have all the kitchen and laundry facilities for a longer stay.

Great hotel with a good price. Convenient location, easy transportation, and lots of shopping nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

1 bed unit. stayed before - all really nice usually. Condition of building & housekeeping has deteriorated. House staff only able to do what they can - numbers have reduced noticeably. Housekeeping staff very helpful when problems arose. 1. had to move to 4 different rooms over 10 days 2. door closure broken - door slammed 3 Heat pump smelled like old socks when turned on 4 Hob fan would not turn off at all once cooking finished - so fan on all night! 5. When bath plug removed - water came up through the drain in floor plus contents from toilet (Blocked with baby wipes & ear buddies). These problems were all dealt with in a timely manner & compensated. It seems that problem with owners. I do hope for other travelers, these problems have been ironed out & you have a good stay which we have done 6 times before. Great location for transport, & coffee etc in Willoughby. Easy access to city.

This was a great place to stay for a 3 night work trip. Has quite a large kitchen set up as well as a sizable desk and comfy lounge chair. They upgraded my mattress mid-stay which was good so they must be going through and doing this to all rooms. Had all the amenities I needed and was super close to Westfield for general shops and Chatswood Chase has a lot of food options that were fantastic - 2 minute walk to Westfield and 5 minute max walk to Chatswood Chase

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The check in went smoothly and car parking, at at cost, was available. It was close to Chatswood Westfield Shopping Centre.

Easy check in, friendly staff. Room was perfect for a 5 day stay. Laundry and kitchen facilities included.

Fresh and modern with handy location for shops and transportation. The 1 bedroom executive room had everything I needed for a long stay.

Staff flexible and friendly, even to the point of lending me a power adapter for a few days. Room layout was perfect and access to food options as well as the train station was ideal.

Bathroom needed more than hospital curtain.

No local parking, but parking charge at facility that wasnt clearly advertised, a holding charge also not disclosed and not yet received, poor water pressure, old mattress, requested 2 singles but 3 times not acknowledged. Staff weren't easy to find and some where very rude The aircon was out of sync on the remote and wouldn't stay on You get one card standard so dont go out separately or your out of power Wow this place just isn't at all what was advertised
