Had a beautiful stay for a special occasion in the Broadwater Suites. Very busy with kids and families in main area of resort but was quiet in the room. Breakfast was amazing at the buffet. Would highly recommend.

Nice resort, better than expected. The Japanese restaurant was impressive and the cafe had good coffee and breakfast options and reasonably priced. Yes the walls are a bit thin in the rooms but it’s a family resort, our kids were excited so they were noisy so I can’t complain about our neighbours. We’d stay there again.

Staff were great. Rooms were looking very tired and definitely needs a revamp. The drainage was an issue outside the rooms after a big rain dump. Need new drains.

Extractor fan in bathroom was not very good, ended up with heaps of puddling on the ground from moisture. Having access to the park was awesome, managed to get there 3 different times in 3 days. All in all would definatly stay again

This is our third or fourth stay. We. Loved our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. The resort is really family friendly with few dining options. The buffet restaurant was wonderful with heaps of options for breakfast and dinner. The Italian wasn't authentic Italian but it was ok. The only suggestion is the water slide was too cold for the kids to go on so they chose to stay in the swimming pool. So I REALLY hope that the hotel invest in heating up the water used in the slide and the big bucket area so more kids can use that area. Thanks
