Perfect spot for walking to NGV and Museum. Rooms clean and well appointed. Our one time effort for room service was disappointing as we waited more than an hour and a half and 3 calls, evidently there was an issue with our ordering by the phone rather than the internet ( which required you to sign in) even though we had the option. We found this frustrating. Overall our stay was excellent and the staff were all very respectful and helpful.

The Windsor was a great location walkable to the CBD area the free loop tram stops right out front staff were very helpful would not hesitate to there again

Staying at the Windsor was like going back in time to a glorious Victorian era. The hotel has well maaintained with a lot a original features. Breakfast in the dining room is a must. Location was second to none. Staff were polite and helpful. Wonderful experience.

Rooms need refurbishing. Be careful when booking. We booked a two bedroom for 3 adults and were given I room with 2 single beds and a rollaway. Not impressed.

Expected more of this Hotel. Reception staff very slow and uninterested, doorman was very good and friendly. Rooms are small and underwhelming for a '5 Star' hotel.
