It was all good

I have stayed here a few times its not cheap but generally ok its a 3 star at best but dont stay in room 4 no internet no free to air tv i got prime on, the bed was so saggy. The internet is not great but room 4 is dreadful such a shame great location but the rooms need some work for 200 a night.

Comfortable bed but bathroom needs attention, mouldy ceiling & perking bench tops

Leaves on floor upon entering, drain smell in bathroom initially, poor lighting and light layout, clean enough but not value for money

Definitely needs more attention to detail with the cleaning. Bed comfy but terrible pillows. Good location.

Parking all taken up from pub patrons. Room has holes in walls and blocked shower drain. Unpleasant smell.

The hotel itself was fantastic and staff welcoming. Bed was comfortable and roon spaciaous with plenty of storage space. Down side, mould on ceilings, exhaust fan not working and full of dirt and dust, really difficult to fill the kettle for a cuppa.

Enjoyed my stay, friendly staff. Although a big downside, music there was playing during the early night at a decent level, then abruptly was turned up at around 12am super loud on full blast that my room windows and doors were rattling and shaking with the over the top bass until 2:30 am. While it sounded like people constantly picking and skipping songs until they found one's they wanted to hear and blasted it on full blast!!! The music level went from an average sound level to rediculous full blast that shook my entire room for hours and hours!!!!! Who turns music up full blast at 12am when it was playing on decent level for the entire evening before 12am, especially when you have hotel guests that have paid good money for accommodation!! My Room was $400 a night and we didn't get much sleep at all. Would have given a 5 Star rating until that happened at midnight!! 😑

Beautiful location Water front only few hundred meters down the road Shops and gym only few minutes walk Clean area The staff are very helpful and friendly Great energy and service at the restaurant The food menu has covered a great range of choices Compliments to the chef

On entering room , it smelt pretty bad which is unfortunate because there really is nowhere to go or hide from a bad smell. I think it may have been the drains but everything else seemed to be ok. Definitely would look elsewhere first

Not awful, but could do with a thorough clean of the room. Check in was very confusing, not clearly outlined or signed. Staff were friendly.

Provided convenience to relatives,beach, cafes and enjoyable walks by the bay.

No wifi

No hot water. No milk for coffee. Poor

Room very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to shops and public transport, and goof facilities on site. Room however upstairs without lift so had a struggle carrying heavy luggage up.

Pretty much what I expected from a budget motel. Room was a bit tired and run down, but it was clean and quiet. Service from the reception staff could have been better. Attached hotel does a decent meal, and the location is conviently located a short walk from resturants, supermarkets, and the train line.
