If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. This property will place a AUD 200 authorization on a credit card at check-in for incidental charges. If no credit card is available, the property requires a cash deposit of AUD 500 at check-in. Please note a AUD 500 authorization will apply for the 3-Bedroom Skyhome. Guests arriving after 5 PM on Monday-Saturday or after 2 PM on Sunday should contact the property ahead of time. Accommodations are self catering and unserviced. Initial provisions are supplied but not replenished during the stay. A mid-week housekeeping service is provided for bookings of 9 nights or more.
