Lovely staff that was so helpful! The location was perfect-close enough to the train station but far enough away from the craziness of the Central Market. The breakfast was worth money, with traditional European breakfast and amazing coffee options!

I really liked this hotel. It’s a cool spot, fairly minimalist, good value, friendly knowledgeable staff and great location. I didn’t have the breakfast - early start.

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable, however there was a constant smell from toilet\shower room of sewerage, the shower itself was slippery I slip 3 times and had no hand rail. Breakfast was good with cereals, yogurt, toast and some cooked items, they did struggle when there was a full room to replenish dishes and food. Plenty of restaurants near by which stop serving food around 21:30 - 22:00.

Spacious and modern rooms! The rooms were fully equipped and nice furniture. The step into the bathtub was pretty high, so just need to be careful entering it. Super friendly customer service. Near to the Brussels Central station - though there is a slight uphill walk and some construction going on around. Very convenient location to the center of the city.

Great location steps away from metro and train station to Bruge 3 minute walk. 8 minute walk to Grand Place. Staff delightful and helpful. Excellent breakfast.
