Perfect hotel near train station. Easy in and out for one night stay. I gave the condition of facilities a 3 star because the hallways are extremely narrow and could potentially be a fire hazard. Would not be allowed in USA. We were on first floor and felt safe enough but not sure about higher floors.

The hotel was about a mile into town and a beautiful walk along the canal. Room was spacious and had all we needed. Breakfast was fantastic. Buffet of cold items and breads/pastries, fruit, etc, and hot items made to order from a menu. Absolutely delicious and all local/homemade. Parking was metered right in front and spaces available. Overnight parking was free and we only had to pay after 9am. We had a great stay here.

Well situated very close to the train station and close to various restaurants. In a side road so also quiet, which was a bonus. Room was very spacious, clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful. It is just quite a long walk to the old town for any sightseeing.

The hotel is near the train station, which is quite convenient if you are travelling in Ghent. The room is clean and big,which is nice. What I like the most about the hotel is the friendliness of the hotel staff. I forgot to ask her name, but she recommended us a Belgian restaurant which we had one of the best meals in Belgium. My parents love the little cookies which was offered in the front desk, and she even gave us some before we left the hotel. Her kindness and smile make us leave a really good impression about the hotel. Thank you very much!

We booked this property as it appeared to be the most suitable option near the train station. We were warmly welcomed and promptly received our room without delay. The room was spacious, with the exception of the bathroom, where there was limited storage space for toiletries. The toilet paper was positioned in an inconvenient location adjacent to the sink. The towels and amenities were adequate, but the linens on the bed were of satisfactory quality, while the pillow was excessively limp, lacking the firmness of a conventional pillow. Despite these minor shortcomings, the room was clean and adequate for a single night’s stay.
