We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was clean. Staff very friendly. Location is very good, a few minutes walking to the market square, while the hotel is at a quiet neighborhood.

Lovely boutique hotel just outside the city centre (which is exactly what we wanted). Just off a lovely canal and easy walking to city centre and very close to bus stop making arrival by train and bus connection easy. The hotel was clean, well maintained and rooms were nice. Breakfast onsite was nice with good variety and is convenient since we discovered tha tplaces don't seem to open very early for breakfast in Belgium.

This hotel is located in close proximity to the old town and some excellent restaurants. It isn't walking distance from the station with suitcases, but there is a frequent and reliable bus service that you can use by tapping a credit or debit card on the reader on the bus. No need to tap off because it is a fixed fare. Bruges is wonderful and this hotel is very comfortable.

We have given 5 stars as the hotel & location were excellent. BUT would strongly advise finding out if there's any roadworks being carried out near the hotel! We were woken both mornings at 7.30am with very loud road works outside. If we had known these works were going on we would have booked a different hotel in a quiet area. While we appreciate repair works are necessary we really feel we should have been informed prior to our stay to make a choice. We were away to relax in the peace & calm of Bruges not to be woken up early.

Was unable to take an immediate shower due to clogged drain, however, staff were very responsive&immediately fixed the situation. My friend's bed had bedbugs resulting in bites on her face, neck and arms. Staff blamed it on her getting bit while walking around town and were not concerned
