Every detail—from the warm welcome to the little surprises along the way—made this staycation unforgettable. Ambiance/Facilities: The ambiance was serene and luxurious. The hotel is beautifully designed, blending modern elegance with natural surroundings. The infinity pool, gym, and spa were all clean, well-maintained, and truly elevated the experience. Food: The food was exceptional. Every meal was flavorful and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had so many options—from healthy choices to indulgent treats—and everything tasted fresh and delicious. Staff Assistance: The staff were outstanding, especially Dimas, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. He made everything feel effortless, and his service truly stood out. I even got a room upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable! Highlights: Getting upgraded to a spacious room with a stunning view was definitely a highlight. I also loved the peaceful vibe of the hotel, the thoughtful service, and how relaxed I felt throughout my stay. Price: Considering the premium experience, top-notch service, and the room upgrade, I’d say it was absolutely worth the price. Great value for a five-star experience. A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!
