Staff are very accomodating. We had a very nice unit. 1 separate bedroom with king size bed + queen bed outside and the third bes is a sofa bed. With full kitchen. We were 7 people and it was very convenient and spacious

Good location, easy to get around by walking. Clean, spacious room. Super friendly and accommodating staff too! It was nice that they utilized texting to see how our check in was/if we needed anything. Very easy to communicate! I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really nice hotel in downtown Victoria. Arrived at 7pm to an unready room but the staff were more than helpful and offered some amazing comps!
The coffee machine was excellent and a really nice experience for free and delicious coffees.

The room is very clean. The front desk staff very cheery. We were told room had a street view but check it out. Room 524, actually a joke and very deceitful. Each evening we were kept awake with the base from the night club below. Horrible sleep every night.

Back in the day you used to be able to check in at 3 PM now it’s 4 PM. You expect to get to your room asap when you get there at 4:30m but my room wasn’t ready. I had to wait another half an hour before it was! When I got to my room everything was fine except for the fact that none of the soap dispensers had soap in them. These are small things, but when you’re super tired after a day at work, you just want to crash and these little things just felt BIG.

Very noisy in the hallway and outside.... they even left ear plugs in the room which should have tipped us off!!

Like most of downtown Victoria, there are homeless on the street. They don’t brother you for the most part.
The staff here are super friendly and we decided to valet our rental car to keep it safe.

Nice character building. The City of Victoria needs to deal with the homeless situation in the downtow area. Does not feel safe anymore.

This was a really fun opportunity to spend some time in Canada really have a fun trip the amenities and everything around was close convenient and the food was amazing. Surface was excellent. I will definitely go back and visit again. Definitely recommend.

Over all a great stay with pleasant service. The room was clean. The only issue was there were not enough outlets in the room to properly charge our devices. The outlets beside the bed were very loose, couldn't properly hold our chargers and too narrow to put two chargers on at the same time.
