Overnight stay. The room was perfect. The king-sized bed was ideal. The shower was hot. We appreciated the indoor parking, especially as it is cold outside.

Location was great since walking distance to via rail. the bar had good selection of food and drinks. Only downfall is noise of doors when closing always slams and people inconsiderate when entering or exiting their room.

The room and pool area was clean! The pool was out of towels but a staff member brought us some. I did forget to bring shampoo and the shower in my room had 2 bottles of body wash and 1 conditioner. I’m sure if I reported the issue it would’ve been fixed! The service in the restaurant area was meh. We approached the bar where we were told to take a seat and be served there and no one ever came

There is some issue with the ventilation system in the hotel which creates loud, weird noises created by air passing through the hallway and the room doors. Had to change rooms yet couldn’t sleep throughout the 3 nights. As a Hotels.com Elite and Marriott Gold who is always on the move, I would 100% disapprove and not recommend to stay at this property.

Not even a single bottle of water they provide without charging. Parking is paid. Morning breakfast is paid extra. The amount of money that i am paying for single night should include basic amenities. I can’t be paying $200 for room and then have to pay for everything else again.
