My wife and myself had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The front desk staff made both check-in and check-out quick, easy, and hassle-free. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The room was excellent value for the price. I stayed in a spacious suite with a comfortable queen bed, a convenient kitchenette, and a separate living room with a sofa that also converts into a sofa bed. Having the extra living space made the stay feel much more comfortable and was a great bonus. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering good food in a convenient location without having to leave the hotel. The pool was clean and well maintained, and the hot tub was a great place to relax after a long day. One of the highlights of the property was the beautiful rooftop garden and lounge area. It provided a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and was the perfect spot to unwind. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfortable accommodations, great amenities, and outstanding customer service. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The free shuttle service to the airport was great extra.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay here in VC at Exec Hotel. The staff were so very friendly & helpful. I booked the room not realizing how far I was from Canada Place the cruise port very early for our tour. The front desk staff saved us at least $50 by guiding us how to use public transit. And was super easy!! The restaurant staff provided expedited breakfast to go with very short notice & we made our tour of Vancouver on time. They were alll so gracious & accommodating. I wish I had left them a very large tip. Unfortunately I was anxious & forgot to do so. I hope they will forgive me with this highly rated review. Such a wonderfully kind group & the accommodations were super comfortable @ clean too!!! Thank you Team!!!

We booked one room for a day stay, as we arrived in Vancouver in the early morning and flying out late that night. The complimentary airport shuttle was very convenient and front desk staff were great. We rang ahead to see if we could check in early, and our room was ready for us at 10am, which is exceptionally good in this day and age. Rooms were clean, huge tv, kettle, coffee maker, lotions, soaps. Pool was close to our room, so we used it, but the spa/jacuzzi was located in a completely different building on the top floor, making it a bit difficult to access for a short stay. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! I was initially assigned a first-floor room at checkin. As a woman travelling alone, I politely asked if I could be moved to any room on a higher floor because I didn’t feel comfortable staying on the ground level. The front desk agent refused unless I paid an “upgrade fee,” claiming the hotel was sold out. However, the hotel did not appear to be sold out, and after paying the fee, I was actually moved to what seemed like a lower-category room, making the extra charge make little sense. When I arrived in the room, all three pillows on the bed were in terrible condition. They felt like they were filled with hard, round clumps instead of proper pillow filling, making them extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I called and requested replacement pillows, but after waiting over an hour, I received no update and no replacement. A loud fan in the ceiling’s HVAC was buzzing on and off all night. The startling buzz would crank on and off randomly, even when I turned the thermostat off. This continued through the night, leading to interrupted sleep. Overall, I was disappointed by both the customer service and the room. I expected much better, especially after paying an additional fee at checkin. In total, a waste of $300.

The front lobby is lovely - the rooms are dated but clean. Our air conditioning unit would only work for 45 seconds to 3 minutes and shut off even if you just had it on “fan”. The toilet tank seal must have had a leak as the toilet tank refilled about every 15 minutes which is pretty annoying when you’re trying to sleep. We did mention it to the staff when we checked out. Otherwise easy to find and very close to the airport.

Staff is great, but the facility is not very clean, also obsolete furniture as you could see the some marks of the sofas etc. Also, could increase the temperature of the room, very cold and no access to the control panel, called for service but no one was available until morning. It was disappointing a little.
