We stayed here this past week for a family wedding and had such a great experience. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We unfortunately had a bit of an unexpected situation with a flood during our stay, and the way the team handled it was amazing! so accommodating and quick to help. Truly made a stressful moment so much easier. And the breakfast was so good, such a great start to each day. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Check in took some time as there was only one person at the desk but she was great and helpful and very informative. The cleanliness in the rooms could use some improvement. Especially in the bathroom . But overall our stay was good as it was just for sleeping because we were there for a wedding . SHUTTLE Bus driver was super friendly funny and patient . Thank you !!!

Your breakfast wasn't the best the sausage wasn't looking cooked. It wasn't crunchy. Your staff was amazing though, but the food was lacking. Room was clean, bright and airy. My request for a lower floor was granted to facilitate taking my dog outside. Staff was very friendly and accommodating when I asked for a late check out. Close to lots of restaurants. Right off the 400 so easy access. Safe neighbourhood.

Issues with filter system in the heater brought to their attention - nothing was done no discount - just thanks for bringing to our attention - we will be travelling down more for medical and need to stay there but won’t if something doesn’t change or if someone doesn’t contact us

The staff at this particular hotel were very, very friendly and helpful. It was March break and the lady that was looking after the kids program was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay.
