Bed is awful its so loud and not comfortable Plus they charge me 50$ for damage deposit fee

The first room we walked into had a heavy smell of cigarette smoke, and there was a strange man in the hallway that tried to fight us .

Loved our stay! The hotel room was big with a nice kitchenette. And the breakfast was wonderful lots of options. We would definitely stay again

This is my second time coming to the Edmonton location, the staff are very friendly and accommodating always have a smile on their face. I was surprised the first time we stayed there how much liked everything about the place. So naturally this will our go to place whenever we are in Edmonton

Cable was awful. It could use more channels. Weight room had no privacy.

I stay here on business because of the access to a printer and how large the desks are in the rooms.

I had a good stay

Have stayed previously with a good experience. Booked for one night under a single reservation and then added another night with a second separate reservation. Upon arriving the hotel I requested to stay in the same room and the hotel assured me it wasn't a problem and I assumed they made the necessary adjustments. The room was ok but there was food left in the fridge and the odour was strong. We through out the food and requested a fridge cleaning. Late night at the busy pool there was no towels. Next day while out in Edmonton I received phone call asking me I I was staying another day because my items were still in the room. I explained again about the second reservation, and apparently there was not communication between the staff or system. I was able to stay in the same room and the problem was resolved. Ok stay so far, seems to be having issues. . Location is amazing for my trips needs. Not a deal breaker.
