On avait la chambre 172 familiale. Super mais vieillot. Manque de luminosité deux plafonniers serait pas un luxe c'est le seul point négatif avec le ballon de volleyball qui était disparu au grand désespoir de mon fils. L'hôtel ,la piscine, le spa, le terrain , le personnel wow. On a pas essayé le restaurant mais la terrasse extérieur était parfaite pour un déjeuner. Ça passé proche mais le prix a vite fait de trancher. Cependant il y avait beaucoup de chose au buffet le matin , rarement vu ça, donc, le prix est quand même justifié. Spa propre même dans boom des vacances de construction. Faut le dire c'est pas partout comme ça. Une autre chose qu'il fait absolument dire c'est que le forfait comprend aussi un feu extérieur sur demande et des guimauves fournis pour les enfants. Vraiment un moment génial , un bel ajout. C'est sûr qu'on y retourne.

Good clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Good amenities and swimming pool. Building and rooms a bit dated, but it's ok. Spent a night there and nothing was bothering. Paid parking. Very good breakfast options (paid). Overall, had a pleasant stay and I don't mind booking a stay there again if needed.

L’air climatisée de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Ils ont eu la gentillesse de me surclasser. Toutefois, l’air climatisée de la nouvelle chambre était très bruillante. Certaines lumières clignotaient. En prenant ma douche le matin, le pomeau levait en raison de la pression et de la tuyauterie, puis a arrosé le plafond! Il n’y avait pas de menu ou de feuille résumant les services. Il faisait également très chaud dans les corridors. Le repas du soir était ordinaire. La piscine a été fermé lorsque je suis arrivé, et un voyageur se plaignait, car sa femme était dans le spa, mais il n’y avait plus de serviettes, elles avaient été retirées! Pauvre elle… C’est un hôtel où il peut être très agréable d’y aller, qui était une référence, un model, un vrai 5 étoiles, mais il y a apparemment un petit relâchement. C’est davantage un 3.5 ou 4/5. À environ 350$/nuit (en incluant le stationnement), je crois qu’il y a de meilleurs rapport qualité/prix actuellement à Québec. Le personnel a été, somme toute, très gentil et poli en tout temps.

Mais quelle surprise que l’on me facture un 30$ pour les commodités… spa- piscine… j’y étais pour une seule nuit et je n’ai jamais eu l'intention et le temps de profiter de ces services ! J’étais déçu et bien fâcher de ce frais !!!! J’étais un régulier et je n’y retournerai plus !

We recently stayed at Le Bonne Entente and came away feeling that it falls well short of the advertised 5-star, 4-diamond standard. In our opinion, it is closer to a solid 4-star property. There were definitely positives. The lobby and restaurant have a charming atmosphere, the food throughout our stay was very good, and the property has a pleasant overall setting. Unfortunately, the accommodations and service did not match the hotel’s luxury reputation. The Cocooning rooms were surprisingly small, dark, dated, and in need of renovation. The outdoor areas, including the pool and jacuzzi, were enjoyable but showed signs of age and deferred maintenance. Service was inconsistent. At the MC Lounge, one member of our party waited more than 20 minutes for her meal after everyone else had been served, and no apology was offered. On another morning, we waited over 30 minutes for breakfast without being served. To the hotel’s credit, the manager handled the situation professionally and removed the breakfast charge. We also found the staff’s overall approach to be less accommodating than expected. While a few employees were excellent, many interactions felt abrupt. For example, the hotel has a volleyball court, but when we asked to borrow a volleyball, the front desk searched and informed us they didn’t have one available, which seemed like a missed opportunity for a resort of this caliber.

Le personnel était super sympathique Par contre nous avions une chambre Terzo qui était supposé contenir une douche en céramique ce qui n'était pas le cas . Nous avions un bain douche .. et l'air climatisé fait un bruit denfer Pourtant nous avons payé plus cher pour une chambre plus rénové et mieux

Robert very helpful on arrival the check in was quite satisfactory. Warning they do not have elevator but will assist with your bags . My reservation was for a king bed , we did not get that but the bedding was lovely, the bed itself not so comfortable. Stiff back by second night . Also a beverage credit was not applied as per my reservation . The restaurant was fine we ate dinner both nights and enjoyed both. Our server was Marykim who provided excellent service . We did not use pool or spa , both looked nice. From the hotel it’s a $30 dollar uber to Old Quebec and was easy to Uber . Parking is $20 per night and resort fees $30 per night. Parking is secure and safe . This is a peaceful hotel in a nice residential neighbourhood.
