Very nice hotel. Good location. Rooms are very nice, spacious and comfortable. The metro line is not far. about two blocks. The airport is also not too far. Staffing is very helpful and kind. Lots of restaurants, supermarket and bars around. I will stay again. Highly recommended.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. I didn’t like that when I booked on Expedia it was not clear that the room didn’t have a private bathroom. It was completely clear once I booked. I found it expensive. When I got to the hotel they were charging $150 per night for a couple. I paid $343 per night. I felt stolen for my single room with share bathroom.

Staff were very friendly. I booked a room with an ensuite bathroom (some rooms don't, as its the former YWCA building, but it offers shower rooms and bathrooms separately). The room was somewhat newly renovated, had a mini fridge, an in room Nespresso coffee maker and was spotless. Would stay here again.

My room was clean, and the hotel smelled fresh. The housekeeping staff cleaned my room every day, and it was always spotless. The housekeeping ladies were very friendly as well. The front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I also liked that there were several laundry rooms available on every third floor. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

My son and his girlfriend stayed here for a night to attend a concert at Rogers Arena. They said the hotel was so nice, and the staff were great! They felt safe which was a big thing! And it was only a 5 minute walk to Roger’s Arena.
