We stayed in the wheelchair accessible room and found it comfortable and quiet. The beds were firm enough and there was a nice selection of pillows. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The hotel provided breakfast at the attached Thompson's Restaurant with friendly staff. We used parking on site, which is crazy expensive... but everywhere seems to charge the same, so be prepared. It was safe and secure though. Excellent location with views of the Calgary Tower and Stephen Avenue.

excellent hotel, the c train was right behind the hotel and the calgary tower is on the same street. the room was comfortable, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

Always nice to stay at this Hyatt. Great room, very quiet, pool and gym are both good. It is unfortunate that the 8th Stephen Avenue Mall in Calgary has gone downhill. I didn't feel overly safe walking along the street on a Saturday night. There is nothing the hotel can do about that so a great option is to stay in and eat at Thomson's which is a great restaurant.

Hotel was in a convenient location right next to the Calgary tower. We booked a club room which is definitely worth it. There was a variety of snacks and drinks through the day along with a breakfast service in the morning and a appetiser service in the evening. The pool was quite big and there was a steam room onsite.

I love the clean yet elegant atmosphere of the hotel.. There’s filtered water faucet in the room so it saves me money from buying water and convenient.to get water. The Thomson restaurant is very good with friendly staff service and located on the main floor. The amenities like the pool, hot tub and gym was clean and operated on most hours. As a guest I didn’t have to pay full parking fee. It was fantastic and I really enjoyed my conference experience and my 5-night stay at Hyatt Regency Calgary downtown hotel. As well, There was fresh juice offering during my GFOA conference.
