Clean room , clean hallway and reception area. Safe. Great staff

The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided good service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect of the property. I arrived late after a transatlantic flight and was assigned a room on the highest floor, only to find that the lift was not working, not ideal. The overall cleanliness was disappointing, there were spider webs, floor was dusty, and the bed linen was both dirty and torn. I also noticed small flies in the shower area. Some plugs were hanging from the wall, looked unsafe. The toiletries were not pleasant to use, the shampoo had an unusual toothpaste smell. Most concerning was the bed, which was extremely soft and unsupportive, to the point where it felt like sinking into the mattress. As a solo female traveler I found that not being able to lock the room from inside was quite unsettling and stressful. Overall, the condition and upkeep of the property need significant improvement.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel has so many good reviews. The lady at the front desk was great but it ended there. The only lock to get into the room is the key pad. No extra lock inside so truly anyone could come into our room. We were given the wrong number to enter in the entrance key pad. There was stains on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. Dirt on the walls, wires hanging, paint peeling in the ceiling. We didn’t even stay one night because we didn’t feel comfortable. Expedia tried to reach out to the hotel numerous times for us to get a refund and no answer and were still waiting to get a refund. I can’t even say this was an overall cheap stay either. It was maybe $10 cheaper per night than the sandman.

It’s a good place to stay

Room and bathroom had quite a lot of mosquitos. Bed had a broken frame and sunk too deep. No cleaning service or towel replacement. It's also quite a loud area, often music and yelling can be heard throughout the night. It's fine enough for a cheap room for one night, but avoid any longer stays.

Our room was clean but the tv wasn’t working, we got upgraded to a better room for free. Staff accommodate very well.
