My daughter and I had a nice one day stay at the hotel. The room was large and very clean and well furnished, and the amenities were excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful, and the ski storage was convenient. The location was the best, very close to the gondolas and super convenient access to restaurants and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was a good size and nice to have 2 bathrooms if you have more people. The location was awesome and central. The front desk girl I spoke to on the phone and manager were apologetic and provided compensation for having to wait for our room, which was appreciated. Would stay here again!

The staff were amazing. Early parking access was a plus. Our room was available before check in was a plus. The resort itself could use an update but overall the room was great. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. To have two bathrooms and a sauna in the room was a bonus. The location was fantastic. Close to everything but far enough away that noise in the evening was not an issue.

The staff was lovely and very kind. But I don't know how the owners of this property could charge such prices for a property in such a state of disrepair. Sad to see in such beautiful surroundings.

Stayed there several times. Great location Our sofa bed was broken & they charged $30 to park from 4pm to 9am the next day. Would not allow us to keep the car parked while we ski (a full 24 hours for the charge) till 4pm.

When we checked into our room the toilet had not been flushes and looked aa though the bathroom hadn't fully been cleaned. Late in the evening we tried to use the pull out sofa however the sheets clearly weren't fresh as there were crumpled up used sheets in the bed. It was late at night after being out all day and we were exhausted so decided just to share the upstairs bed. I would not feel comfortable staying here again. I would not want to trust them to provide clean linens. It was run down and has a bit of a smell in the hallways Close to all the shops and restaurants so that part nice.

When checking in … the lady that helped us was very friendly and informative. First impression walking through the door was “whoa, this looks old” Everything looked and was outdated. Plus side is they have assigned stalls so if you leave you don’t have to worry about not having a stall when you get back.
