Great Stay for Families with Kids! ​We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s an ideal spot if you’re traveling with family. The pool was a huge hit, along with several other fun amenities that kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. Highly recommended for parents looking for a hassle-free, family-friendly getaway!

Only 2 things I can suggest is to fix the sauna and set up your patio by the pool. Its such a nice area and a damn shame to see it wasted. Breakfast was excellent, The company at breakfast however.... People, tame your children.

Bathroom not clean in the least. No towels provided in the pool area so you need to use the room supply, but trying to get more towels was like pulling teeth, I had to ask 3 separate times over a few hours. Garbage does not get emptied during your stay, nor any other service provided - 2 signs at desk in small font saying they would do every 2 or 3 days. TV was challenging to operate and minimal cable options. “Hot breakfast” was lukewarm but not terrible if reheated. Front desk staff were pleasant enough but housekeeping was abysmal.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean enough but it was not in great shape. It had a very musty smell and all of our belongings felt damp by the time we left. The bathroom had some soft spots on the wall and peeling wall paper. The kids enjoyed the pool on our first night, but found it very cold and the hot tub was not very hot. More like warm bath water. It would be nice to have more chairs at the pool for people to sit at while kids swam

Breakfast was the worst I’ve had in any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had it once and didn’t the rest of the week. Check in took forever and the clerk barely said 4 words to me. Been a week and still don’t have my deposit returned to my credit card. When I advised staff that a garbage was full in the breakfast area and over flowing onto the floor he told me to “just use another one”. The patio area outside the pool was cluttered with junk, a Pilon, a hose some other things laying about and was there all week we stayed. Garbage in hallways, there were two cherry tomatoes in our hallway for the better part of the day. Stained carpet in our room. Truly got the sense of why bother talking to any staff. Can not believe this is a choice property. Bed was unimaginably comfortable though I’ll give them that.

Microwave in the room was a plus ! Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because i asked for connecting rooms 2 months in advance and didn’t it get upon check-in and also they didn’t reply to any of my messages thru the Expedia app and I tried many times leading up to trip . That was disappointing

Our room was dirty - there were chips and other food scraps visible on the floor from someone who was in the room previous to us. We stayed at this hotel last year, and the room felt cleaner that time.

You get what you paid for. It’s just a regular good hotel to have an overnight quick stay or along the route. It’s dated and needs an upgrade. The bed isn’t comfortable and the pillows are small just like they were from the car or those in the living area but not in a bedroom environment. The staff though doing their best are overwhelmed and you feel rushed and not given the full attention. Breakfast is just what it is nothing special just the basic to tide you over to the next meal for the day. Parking is tight and not much for accessibility parking is provided. The lights in the rooms are sleepy and needs some perking up.

Did not use any of the amenities offered at the hotel just sleeping. Came in late at night, felt safe in the area. It was a clean room other than the ladies indie’s stuffed under the chair (lol) and had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at a hotel in my life!! It was a great choice for our trip.
