Stayed at Le Relais many times over the year. The location is great, you can walk to the main street for restaurants and shops, although declining in the last few years... The hotel needs some attention, starting to get older, but still very comfortable and clean. The hot tub needs some repairs as the concrete is cracking, leaving big holes. The cold shower near the sauna was not working. Pool area is very pleasant, a great place to unwind.

I was pleased with this hotel. Definitely older not modernized at all but that's fine. It was clean and very accommodating. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Excellent place to be. Clean all over. Has a heated pool, sauna and a spa. Walking distance to commercial avenue. Only missing point...no continental breakfast.

This little gem is in dire need of some tender loving care fast. Too bad it is left to deteriorate as such as it is an awesome little hotel, very well located with great amenities. Used to be such a nice romantic hideaway...now the entire place cries out for help. :-( Hopefully, someone will inject money into its adequate maintenance soon.

First impressions were that the relais was outdated and in need of renovations. However it was the end of April and the grounds had not had a chance yet to be groomed for summer. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The 50" tv screen was great. Sauna, pool and hot tub were nice. My wife had a 1 hour pedicure and Julie gave me a fantastic massage. So although the Relais does need updating, we had a great two night stay.

Pillows are too big (fluffy) for my husband and I.
Kept hitting our legs on the bed frame.

My family loved this hotel. Hot tub was amazing. My daughter lost her cellphone in her robe at the hot tub when someone took her robe by accident. The front desk staff Elizabeth found her phone. The room was very clean and comfortable. We willl stay again for sure. Close to skiing which is perfect
