The staff was really accommodating with reservations and for anything else we needed during our stay. The rooms were clean and updated (202, 203, 204). We enjoyed the fireplace and amenities! Great value and experience.

Bed bugs and no manager to talk to. They said we should be called back the next day, never did, they did not agree to clean the room after the first night. Overall disapointed. even though rest of the hotel prestations were nice.

The heated pool, the hot tub, and the sauna were amazing! We didn't get to try the other spa amenities but I'm sure they were great as well. The room was nice, but needed a little updating.
