Our room 275, could not get hot water in the shower or bathroom tap . We also found someone else’s hat in the room which tells me it was thoroughly cleaned. Also all the room maid cart items and extra stock was stored right in front of our room door which made it feel like we were in the storage room when coming and going

The pool area is wonderful. The hotel is clean. The air hockey game in the games room was broken. The gym was well maintained. The appetizer foods in the club lounge were just “ok”. Some foods ( salads, beef skewers) were very spicy.

The Sheraton Hotel Toronto is located in a super great spot in Downtown Toronto. It is situated beside the famous Toronto City Hall and within walking distance to Yonge Shopping Street, where you can find the Eaton Shopping Mall as well as many individual shops and restaurants. You can also walk to the CN Tower from the hotel but it would take you about 15 minutes.
