Our stay at the St Regis hotel could not have been better. Classic elegance. Great location for a show at the Orpheum and wandering downtown. The staff courteous and helpful, particularly Brent who greeted us every time by our first names and with a generous smile. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful place to stay. Front desk staff were prompted, professional, and friendly. The Gotham Steak house was wonderful! The hotel valet person was wonderful. The only reason I'm giving the hotel four stars is the complimentary breakfast-was poor. Food wasn't hot, potatoes were rubbery, and the fruit barely edible. The bacon was the only saving grace. The toast was not even toasted.
