At the time we were there. It was packed with lots of kids. The pool was always full and kids screaming. Other than that it was a great hotel to stay at. Staff were on the kids running and knocking on everyone's doors

Said there’s a Smitty’s restaurant, apparently was told it closed over 2 years ago,had to leave hotel to find a restaurant.had to go to front desk for toilet paper, none in the room.outdoor space in sad condition, there is even a small mini van in deplorable condition with 4 flat tires park in front of main entrance that looks like it has been there for a long time

The property was in a great location, not far from anything. Some of the staff was amazing and went out of their way, but then there was a few that could care less. But all overall, I would say that it’s four out of five I really did enjoy the breakfast. They are really weird about the waffles. One person says we could have as many as we want and then another person says we’re only allowed one per person so keep that in mind.

The room was poorly cleaned. I book a non smoking room but the tub itself has some cigarette burn marks. The room feels and smells like a pet just stayed in there. The breakfast was not that good.

We have stayed here many times , however this time was terrible! We checked in ok. Got ready quickly. When we returned from an event around 12:30 am we went to get into our bed which appeared to be fine but there were crumbs and Cheerios and hair in it so being too late to ask for it to be changed we reluctantly slept on top of the blanket! In the morning went to have a shower which didn’t work! Really disappointing. Highly recommend to check all that before u receive the room you reserve. When checking out the reception said oh no . Thats it , not even a sorry that happened NOTHING. Won’t stay there again 😔

Wasn’t the cleanest. However, staff were accommodating when we requested a new room after our first room had a bad smell upon arrival. Complimentary breakfast was good and maintained well by helpful staff.
