La atención al momento del check in nl fue satisfactoria en cuanto a calidez y amabilidad y tampoco brindaron la información necesaria y completa. La habitación que nos fue asignada no cumplió las expectativas para nada, estaba lejos de las piscinas y alado de la quebrada y del estacionamiento, lo cual hace que no se sienta que vale la pena el precio pagado. En cuánto a limpieza, estuvo impecable, increíble trabajo de housekeeping y también las terapistas que nos hicieron unos masajes increíbles! Amamos termas de Papallacta y siempre fue un sueño podernos quedar una noche, a pesar de la mala experiencia con la habitación asignada y el servicio al momento del check in, amamos poder quedarnos rodeados de la naturaleza.

I enjoyed the hot springs and spa experience . Also the heated floors in the bedrooms.

Dinner in the restaurant was less than impressive and overpriced. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Thermal pools were relaxing.

Beautiful property.

This s a magical place. The gardens, hummingbirds and pools make it so beautiful and relaxing. The food and service are great!

I loved the environment. I loved that when you stay at the cabins you practically have exclusive pools. I loved that you can stay in the pools 24 hours and that even-though the climate is very cold outside you can stay inside the pool and feel confortable. I loved that you are surrounded by nature. Very enjoyable stay.

Honestly, the best place! I can’t wait to come back. A MUST visit gem.

Awesome stay.

Loved it all: massages at the spa, the people, the trout at the restaurant and the fireplace in the room.

We loved our stay here and have rarely stayed in a place that is.so entirely focused on the comfort of the guests. While you can certainly find less expensive places to stay in Papallacta, it's worth the extra cost to have such a high-end experience. From the moment you step onto the property, you are always a few steps from people who are willing to help in any way. The rooms were comfortable and there were hot pools open 24/7 to the guests literally outside the doors of the rooms. There were plenty of towels and bathrobes available and a lot of courtesy bottles of water in the room with some candy as well. The shower was large, which I really like. The breakfast spread (included with the reservation) was extremely diversified with so many choices, and all very tasty. We also used the spa for back and neck massages that were nice. There was a beautiful nature trail for walking. At one point my wife said that there didn't seem to be any reason to leave the grounds while staying for a couple of days because there were so many things to do, food choices, and beautiful surroundings. It was rather cold and rainy while we were there, and the elevation is high, so plan on having layers and a jacket if you plan on visiting Papallacta.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms, restaurants, bar and other sitting areas were cold (it was cold and miserable outside) and they only had one fire burning. I had to ask for a heater for my room that they provided
