Excellent hospitality from all staff, the bar, the assistant manager in particular. It was my birthday and they upgraded us and gave me a lovely cake. It is beachfront and a perfect hotel if you want Egyptian hospitality and the beach. Next time we come to Alexandria, we will stay here!

Nice hotel on a private beach. Service is excellent. Property could use some renovation. Part of it is being renovated. Also, international guest services like money changing is not available. It should be added. All in all, a relaxing stay!

Great hotel/resort on the Mediterranean. Sea view rooms are clean and nicely appointed with a balcony. Wonderful, friendly staff and great food with many meal options and huge breakfast buffet. Outside of the resort the city is very busy, typical of Alexandria. A short cab ride to the downtown tourists sites or a short walk to th Royal Jewelry museum. We had a nice week enjoying the sea view and large heated swimming pools.

I mistakenly booked this hotel thinking it was in Alexandria, Virginia (USA). I contacted Expedia to cancel only after 15 minutes after I realized the error, but my request was not accepted even though it was clearly an honest mistake. This is very unfair and feels like a rip-off
