The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The hotel itself was very clean and being so close to a tube station and the Natural History museum is a big bonus. Our room was very clean, although the only comment to have about the experience was I wis there was more milk and sugar in the rooms as you quickly run out with a single drink and there weren’t any sugars or sweeteners in ours. Otherwise great for our short stay and would come again.

Small lock the front person was very friendly and helpful helping us with our luggage to pouring our wine. The sitting room out front was a perfect place to gather.
