Clean room, friendly staff

All ok - the hotel is looking a little tired in places. It was very busy for this weekend, and there was a long queue for check in, and a few niggles but nothing major. (Water not replaced in the room, lack of the jacuzzi working, shortages at breakfast etc) - nothing too drastic but just could have been a bit better.

Nice hotel. Pool is busy so had to wait to get in. Rooms nice but a bit dated. Toilets in first floor really needed a clean! Breakfast was great and were the staff.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the restaurant was excellent , very high stand of food and great service. Our room was comfortable however the bathroom could do with refurbishing but shower ok. The health club pool was nice but I didn’t like the shape , not suitable for lane swimming but perfect for a relaxing dip. The changing rooms could be improved with conditioner in showers and body lotion .A good location to explore Leeds and a short walk to train station.

Excellent family friendly hotel but with an upmarket feel. The staff were very welcoming and great with our children too. The pool was a big hit, excellent amenities. Our second visit and won't hesitate to come back again next time we are visiting Leeds!

Would 100 percent recommend this hotel. It’s our second stay there and it’s as fantastic we remembered. It’s in a brilliant location, I cannot fault any of the staff, they cannot do enough for you. I was so pleased to see Yaszeer on reception again! He remembered us as we did him, I really hope to see him again on our next stay we are planning! The breakfast is exceptional, high quality and lots to choose from.

The room was spacious and clean, just what you need for a base for a family visit. The pool is small but nice, water not cold. The breakfast is fantastic, with a very good choice of hot and cold food. The area is a modern office heavy area but with coffee shops and local tesco/sainsburys to grab snacks etc. About a 10 minute walk to the station/main shopping area. Car parking is plentiful but is an extra charge to be aware of. A great stay, I think our third, we will be back.

Bteakfast was good, varied choice of food. My only complaint is the lighting in the restaurant could have been a little brighter. I am not in for very bright lights but do like to see what I am eating.

Stayed here last night and really enjoyed our stay (2 adults 1 teenager) I’d originally booked a room with 2 queen beds but the hotel had double booked so they messaged me to stay would provide us with a complimentary drink per person for the inconvenience, when we arrived they had all ready sorted parking out for us & gave us a complimentary breakfast the next morning we also received 25% off food & drinks in the TAP BAR as we had the Leeds arena booked for the HOTWHEELS event. It’s a 10 minute walk to the trinity centre & plenty of bars along the way if you wanna stop for a drink would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning in the future when in Leeds.

It's a beautiful hotel. However I booked a hotel with a pool specifically for my daughter and kids are only allowed in the pool from 8-6. I would have liked to be able to swim with her in the evening since it is why we chose this hotel in the first place. Also the sheets are not smooth and are bumpy from not being the best quality and I expected nicer sheets.

Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean rooms.
