Lovely welcoming hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with large single beds which are extremely comfortable. The hotel is amazingly quiet being so close to a very busy road. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again.

Hotel was good, would benefit from decaffeinated tea/ coffee in room and milk selection- soya, semi skimmed etc. better pillows needed also

Spotless room, all amenities you could need and most importantly- quiet!!!! Don’t hear any traffic noise or noise from other guests, was great. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we had to leave early.

The stay was pleasant and the room was comfortable. The staff were generally fine. However, on check-in, the reception experience could have been more welcoming. The staff member mentioned she was new, which is understandable, but as this is a customer-facing role, basic etiquette such as a warm greeting and welcoming manner is important to help guests feel at ease on arrival. The staff that took over and checked me in was welcoming.

Really good experience from start to finish. Gary on reception couldn't have been more helpful during check-in, the room appeared to be newly refurbished and was spotless, good choice at breakfast, ideal location with a 1 minute walk to the tube station. Would recommend

Hotel is on a very busy road with nothing else close by. Hotel breakfast was okay but evening meal was poor. Staff not overly friendly or helpful. It’s somewhere to sleep but that’s about it.

Great stay with family !! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very helpful staff. Location is excellent,easy tube access from Park Royal, especially with kids. Breakfast was good and the hotel felt safe and calm. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for families visiting London.
