The room was very clean and the breakfast that was included in the room was very nice. Most restaurants finish breakfast early but here it was till 10:30 which was nice for late sleepers like me. The staff was very helpful and guided us about anything we needed. Overall good experience.

Well maintained room and good breakfast
Unfortunately, we paid double the amount for booking two months in advance compared to the rate offered on Expedia on the previous 24-48hrs and the day of stay!! This is very disappointing business strategy

Could be a better selection of fruit on offer at breakfast, staff i couldn't fault,The attention to detail wasnt great in the room glasses where dirty,the gym closed at 11pm and the rooms around it you where kepted awake with banging noises that vibrated the rooms nearby.

The rooms were clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was out of place for the area to me because the hotel is really nice, but the surrounding area was not what I expect. The surrounding area is the only reason why I would not choose this hotel again.

Everything is good, only downside is the possibility of late checkout - 1hr is complimentary but it’s not guaranteed you get it even when asking in advance
& not being able to reserve a parking spot with your booking - it’s first come first serve

Clean room and clean hotel in general, with friendly staff. Close to both Hangar Lane and Park Royal stations, so it is ideal for getting to and from the city centre. Main road outside did not impact too much in terms of noise. Would definitely return in future.

This is our second time staying at this hotel in Park Royal. The price is amazing and the breakfast is outstanding. There is a large selection of food and there is something for everyone. Hot foods, cold food, waffles, toast, fresh fruit and vegetables etc. The staff are very helpful and friendly. This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Park Royal tube station and a 5-6 minute walk to the Hanger Station. The rooms are clean and the perfect size for European hotel rooms. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely book it again if we return.

Lovely welcoming hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was lovely with large single beds which are extremely comfortable. The hotel is amazingly quiet being so close to a very busy road. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying there again.
