The location to the airport was amazing. We arrived by train and walked to the hotel. In the morning we had a nice breakfast and walked back to the airport to catch our flight. Seamless! Bonus that the property was beautifully maintained.

The staff is always so kind and amazing, breakfast is delish the only thing is the rooms were stuffy and warm when we got in and that was rather uncomfortable and it had a little bit of a sewage line smell

Excellent location just a few steps from the airport, no transfers needed. Just want was needed after our return holiday journey. Room clean and comfortable, although there was a strange smell, but I think that was due to the room being refurbished, new carpet and paint.

Hotel is a little walk from the airport terminal but there are stairs/lift which is a consideration for those with mobility issues arriving by public transport. Checking was quick and staff were very friendly.
Our room was clean and spacious. We really appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities.
Breakfast is served from 4am so it was fantastic to be able to eat before heading into the terminal.

The noise of the exit /entrance road barrier could be heard throughout the night. We stayed in April and was told nobody else had mentioned it but we stayed again last week and we could still hear it.
The choice of menu is also not as good as it used to be. The choice now is quite limiting.

Clean, spacious, nice hotel with friendly helpful staff and decently equipped gym. The only let down is the restaurant where the food is not great, and the breakfast is only ok. With limited food options around, you would imagine more effort on food to save me needing to order from Uber Eats

The location of this hotel is fantastic if you have a
morning flight out of Stansted because you can very easily just walk to the terminal from here. My room was small but clean and well appointed. It wasn’t ready at check in time though which was frustrating. I had to wait over an hour in the lobby until it was ready. I was given a complimentary latte for my trouble which was nice.
The breakfast in particular at this place was something to rave about. They even had vegetarian sausages available which was amazing!
I would definitely recommend this hotel if my travel plans had me flying out of Stansted.

It's just another airport hotel, but I thought it was a slight class above the Travelodges of this world. The staff were amazingly friendly, every single one I met. I've honestly not been in a hotel with such friendly staff before.
The room was nice, although the shower could be more powerful. Maybe I'm easily impressed, but when I walk in a room and the TV has my name welcoming me it makes me smile. The bed was comfy and the room spacious.
The brekkie is complimentary and was well stocked. As a vegetarian, I was pleased to see veggie sausages clearly labelled.

Arrived just before midnight to a very warm welcome allocated a room on the 7th floor. 24 hour service available. Had a delicious pizza and drinks before a great nifhts sleep.complementary breakfast was excellent and a check out at 12 means you don't have to rush

Check in was painless, the staff very helpful. The room was clean & I loved having a view of the runway. The only gripe was the bed was a bit creaky when turning over in the night. Breakfast served from 4am with a large selection on offer. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quiet hotel. No aircraft noise heard at all. Polite staff. Room 668’s shower left the shower’s tray partly blocked and almost about to spill out on to the tiled floor. Nasty drain smells from the shower was the clue to the problem!

I stayed at the hotel to catch an early flight the next day. Check-in wasn’t smooth because I had to revalidate my card a few times, which meant I went up and down floors a few times. Food wasn’t great. A newish building but couldn’t do with better cleaning.
