Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and we loved the view of the runway. Mattress was comfortable and we got a great sleep, which is exactly what we needed.

It would have been nice for more info in the room as I was not sure if there was room service. I could see a 24 hour menu which may have been for this but it only had 2 dinner items on which is not really alot for people who want room service. It was brilliant that breakfast was served from 4 am and that we could take away some continental as we had to leave at 4 and the ease of going straight from hotel to airport under a covered walkway was excellent.

This hotel worked for us as an overnight pre-flight. The room was comfortable and no noise from the airport. A bit of noise from fellow guests during the night, but the hotel allowed us an easy early flight check-in, and breakfast was good too.

Nice room, very clean, convenient location. A real shame on my first stay here my abiding memory will be joining a very long queue outside the front of the building to check in a 8pm in the evening, due to totally inadequate reception staffing provision to cope with the volume of guests checking in.after long journey on a very hot day, this is very disappointing!

Air conditioning barely cools, room very hot. As window cannot be opened by design, there's no way to cool the room down. Staff cannot do much about that, they proposed they could provide a fan, which sounds like a joke. I don't recommend this hotel in the summer.

Little bit of a wait to check in but lovely clean room, albeit on the small side. Unfortunately found the bed to be far too firm so not a great night's sleep. However breakfast in the morning was great...the little one loved making his own waffles!
