Hilton London Paddington

The hotel is great its just old and needs new carpet but the rooms are a good size, as are bathrooms and beds comfortable and you absolutely cannot beat the location for jumping on the Heathrow express for an early morning flight and the tube stations.

Fairly barebones hotel with minimal amenities but highly convenient location

Tried to make tea in the room but the milk was old and spoiled so ordered room service. It was 26$ US dollars. The Location is great.

We really appreciated the spacious room with high ceilings. It was nice to not feel like we were packed like sardines. Surprised to find no refrigerator, which was an inconvenience for us, and no extra cot even though we’d booked what was called a “family room” for 2 adults plus 1 child. The real kicker here is the convenience to Paddington Station, literally an extension of the hotel itself. It was perfect for an early morning departure on the Heathrow Express.

The location beside Paddington Station is perfect. I read some comments about the hotel needing modernisation. It looked in good shape to me.

Not the most charming location but extremely convenient and it is easy to get to anywhere from Paddington. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and room/bathroom were well equipped including excellent water pressure.

Beautiful hotel, super convenient right next to train/Tube station. Room was lovely and comfortable. Overall staff was fine; however, checking bags on our last day seemed like a hassle to them.

The location at Paddington station was wonderful as it was so convenient to Heathrow for an early morning flight. The staff was incredibly unhelpful when we needed help storing luggage, which ended up being a blessing so we only booked for one night. We had 2 tower rooms, which are supposedly, the best they had. The room (and the entire hallway leading to the room) was sweltering, but I assumed the air had been turned to low and would improve when we were at dinner. No - the room was 24.9 Celsius through the night and the morning. Then, the shower stayed warm, not quite a cold shower, but how does a 4 star property not even have hot water. So thankful we had only booked for one night. Terrible, but we were lucky enough to get to the room at 5 pm and we were fortunate to be out the door by 10 am. Hated it. Also, we were Hilton Honors members. Can’t imagine how bad it would be if we were not.

Clean room, although if you're a sensitive sleeper, like me, perhaps bring ear plugs to drown out the A/C sound (made all the difference), friendly staff, great choice for breakfast and being right on the doorstep on Paddington station was great.

Great hotel and location. We only had 20 hours in London and loved the access to airport via the Heathrow express . Allowed us most time to explore

I have stayed at this hotel (in the Tower Rooms only!) from time to time over the years and it serves a specific purpose: convenience to the Tube and convenience to the Heathrow Express. The Hotel has a back entrance that takes you right into Paddington station, I also like sitting in the executive lounge overlooking the Station. The main hotel part looks worn and "tired" at least from the Hallway, the decor and rooms are much nicer on the Tower Side but they jacked up the price of these rooms to almost match those in Mayfair!
