ibis budget London Hounslow

The room we had was on a booked out floor of students and twice i had to complain to reception at 22:00 and sgain at 00:00 the noise was unnearable. I think hotels should notify you that the room you have been given may be noisy and offer alternative room. Not until the 2nd night was this offered. But we was leaving at 04:00 so didnt make a difference

Not a great continual breakfast, over cooked pastry’s , staff not very helpful, asked for spare pillows was told they didn’t have any unless we wanted dirty ones….! Rooms very basic, toilet is basically a cupboard, mattress rock hard not very comfy, other residents kicking off and shouting in the corridor at 4am…. Wouldn’t stay again

For the price it’s alright, for cheap one night stay before flying out of Heathrow it sufficed, for 3 of us it was a little cramped and take note the shower is in the room so if your not familiar with the people your staying with then look elsewhere or book separate. Bad points were it was warm, air con didn’t work, window opens a bit but being right on main road it was very noisy.

Whole building smelled unclean

First of all, they did not reply to my email regarding the airport shuttle. Second, while booking, the Expedia rates showed $67 CAD for a room and $ 90+ for a room with breakfast. I opted for the latter. But at check-in, we were told that for breakfast, we would have to pay 18 GBP for 2. I tried to send an email to Expedia, but could not find an option in the complaint list. So the first morning, we paid for breakfast, which was nothing but BASIC cereal and coffee. So those who are booking breakfast avoid it because you will find many cheaper options within 5 minutes from the hotel.

Great service and premises

We had a great stay but one thing i found poorly is the thinness of the mattress. I am only 50 kg in weight, but my body left a mark. A more solid or harder mattress would be very welcomed.

Close to Heathrow, nice restaurants and bars close. Parking very easy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfy but pillows were well past use by date. Lumpy and far pillows. As ibis budget - shower was small but clean. Room good - just need to replace pillows.

Very good

Good location for use of the underground which allows an easy journey into central London. Unfortunately we didn’t realise how close to Heathrow it was (may be a pro!) until 6am when there was a flight taking off every few minutes.

The room was ok but the wifi is really slow, no hairdryer, no kettle unable to eat in you room and the communal area is too small for all of the guests

Good value for money, has everything you need, no frills but that cannot be expected at the price

Window blocked out most of the street noise and curtains were almost black out

Lovely clean and spacious room and very helpful and friendly staff.

Room was ok, needs decorating. Need proper lights as the room light are too dark espcially when you want to get ready for a night out

Customer service was perfect but There was bed bugs in my room.

Says what it does on the tin! Acceptable budget hotel room wouldn’t want to stay more than 1 night. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Convince and good value. Clean on frills hotel.
