Front desk staff were rather quiet checking in. The bathroom fan didn't work. The pillows weren't very good, very soft and difficult to sleep on. No decaf options for the tea and coffee in the room.

Room, staff, and facilities were great. Breakfast food was good. Accomodations were nice but I had a towel that smelled kind of funky. Everything else was excellent. Hotel was very conveniently located around a lot of shops and restaurants. Lots to do within walking distance and there was a tram stop right outside the hotel as well.

Well. Interesting visit. Whilst I have no issue with the hotel, the room etc I do have two moans. 1. I made two booking, I know, sounds like a me issue. But it would have been better if I could have known about it in advance, could cancel it / get a refund or shift the second booking to a different date. I couldn’t do any of these! So I’m out of pocket. 2. My check out time was 12:00, so I have to say having room service knocking on my door every hour from about 8am was a bit of a grind!

A 24 hour bar and kitchen! We had pizza at midnight, prepared from scratch and cooked at reception, they were excellent and the front of house staff were lovely

The room was an excellent size and loved the shower room fitted into the corner. Everything within easy reach. Best shower room of any hotel I have stayed in. Room had two gremlins with faulty lights which I reported on leaving! Also the TV reception was missing quite a few channels(No signal). Breakfast not great even at reduced saving rate. Only the sausage was the redeeming factor. Room was serviced quite well, an excellent size and overall good value.

Marks/stains on walls in room. Really weird smell in room, kinda smelled like urine upon entry, and there must be a problem with plumbing because 1st thing in the morning went in the bathroom and it smelled like sewage as if someone had just been to the toilet but no one had been in our bathroom since the night before, the smell was not from us. Check in process was far too long as the woman wouldnt stop pushing us to sign up to an account even after we'd said no 3 times she was showing no signs of giving us a room key until we eventually signed up for an account that we didnt want or need

Our stay was alright so I paid £20 extra for late check out to get woken up anyways to doors slamming from cleaners at 9am so I was abit upset. There were splatters up the walls looked like Coca Cola or sick bit disturbing the staff were absolutely brilliant really friendly & lovely unfortunately I am not one of the people who go & complain to scared & nervous to so nothing got fixed but overall was a good time fun experience but would not like to go back
