The hotel was very modern and clean with easy to access facilities, the room was convenient with a walk in shower and decent sized bed. I will be staying here again.

Excellent functional hotel in the heart of Nottingham. Lace Market car park is opposite the hotel and there is a discount to normal prices by validating in hotel reception. Location of the hotel is literally 2 minutes from an area full of retail and bars/restaurants. We have previously stayed slightly outside city centre but this was a real find. Rooms were spacious and clean with decent bathroom/shower. Bar area is welcoming and serves pizza and drinks 24/7. Excellent buffet breakfast very competitively priced. All round a really great stopover. We were in town for a concert at Bodega which is 2 minutes walk away.

Ok hotel for an overnight stay but no more than that. The location is good but will never stay there again . I prefer to get what I booked . The two gentleman at the front desk were good .

We had a basic twin room with 2 single beds (comfy enough), air conditioned (a welcome treat in this heat) the toilet/shower area is a bit small though, the rooms and corridors were clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and polite, they serve a full continental breakfast and the hotel does have 24-hour food service (Pizza, grilled cheese and deserts) for between midnight and breakfast, great for us that came back at 3am after been out for drinks, and lastly there is parking straight across from the hotel and is also close to the city centre. I would recommend this hotel to others.

AVOID! Be warned: a reservation is a suggestion, not a commitment. Arrived for a two night stay and they had no rooms available. That’s what a reservation means. Tried to instead give me a different hotel 30 minutes drive away. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Never again.

I had booked three twin rooms several months in advance and when checking in at around ten thirty pm we were told that the hotel was overbooked and only two rooms were available. Shocking service.
