This hotel location is great, in the central city and we love about all this hotel. We love with the hotel decoration, neat room and breakfast room. Especially with all the employee who very helpful to us.

Room was nice and clean, place smelt lovely and the restaurant attached was lovely for breakfast and a super nice guy served us a drink in the evening and breakfast in the morning

Room was great for a short trip and the bed was comfy. The only thing that disappointed me was having to pay to leave my luggage at the hotel when i checked out of my room, many hotels offer this to guests as a kind gesture nowadays. Would stay again if the price was decent for a night if i had a concert in Manchester.

Not that clean. The shower was clogged & leaked onto the bathroom floor. Cherry on top was me trying to blow dry my hair & set off the fire alarm - had to blow dry my hair in the lobby for the remainder of the trip. I will give two stars bc the staff were very nice people but the hotel itself was poor & I would not stay there if you have standards.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly,the room we had was ok ,over priced as we had a first floor room at the front of the hotel that looked out over the street,it was a Saturday night and we didn't get any sleep due to all the noise from drunken people shouting , arguing as they were coming out of pubs and venues nearby,the taxi rank was also just across the road with the slamming of doors,so if you stay at the hotel ask for a room at the back of the building.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was good and I love the quirky theme, there were a few dusty areas that could have done with a clean and the air con could have also do with a clean but overall it was a fantastic experience.
