Ubi was so very friendly and accommodating when we checked in. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The complimentary mini bar was a lovely touch and very welcome. There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet.

Beautiful hotel in a brilliant location. A few minutes walk from Oxford Street Station, a tram stop, and Deansgate made it the perfect location for our stay. The room was beautiful - very modern, massive tv, and the room was a nice size. The shower was amazing - spent longer in there than I should have! Loved the breakfast in a morning. There was a nice selection of fruits, cereal, meats and cheeses, pastries, muffins as well as the full English options. The breakfast area also doubles as a Gino D’Campo restaurant in the evening. It was a nice size area so we didn’t need to fight for tables etc and was again, lovely, modern and fresh. This visit was for my husbands birthday and he was very impressed, so I’ve gained lots of brownie points! We will be visiting again later in the year.

Room spacious and clean , didn’t particularly like the open plan bathroom and shower over the bath. Slept well nice and quiet. Wouldn’t have chosen if I had known pet friendly although didn’t see any dogs.

room was great / beautiful, food was great, breakfast was good, sauna and steam were great and very clean, My only issue was the very poor customer service, whether on the phone to reception or face to face at reception on the wednesday 180226, before I arrived to check in for 3pm, I called very early that morning, and enquired as to whether it was possible for me to check in at 2pm. I received a rude / abrupt response, like the receptionist had no time to talk to me. the hotel requested any special requirements before I arrive...I messaged online that it was my birthday i think I mentioned then if I could check in earlier. This now means I have mentioned my birthday / My 50th Birthday twice. Your website clearly states a special birthday surprise... My biggest disappointment was that when I arrived on my birthday and throughout my stay not once was my birthday acknowledged. on the first evening I planned to go down to the sauna and steam in the vening, but could not see the robe / slippers, as advertised and highlighted in a number of reviews I checked before booking. there were non in my room...when I spoke to reception they just said that this was for premium packages, and people staying on the upper floors. This not made clear anywhere on the advertising or website. Overall I enjoyed my stay but was appalled at being ignored throughout my special birthday stay. i was also looking forward to check out this hotel for my radio show, and for a mens spa day.
